This past April, Jeff Waters thought he could just walk into a Bank of America and cash a check for $360 billion? Really? Waters, bought a blank U.S. Bank of Idaho check from a homeless man named Tito for $100. Mind you, the check is from the ’90s. The question is, why did he need that much money?
He clammed his life dream was to own his own Italian restaurant that was 80 million square feet, sit about 30 million folks and it would be underwater so the customers could see the sharks swim by.
