Quitters Can’t Be Losers


There’s something that defeats you.  Every time.  You have been on ‘the program’, doing well.  You found a diet you just knew was the answer and you were going to just watch the fat melt off your body.  Maybe it was an exercise regimen that finally fit you and your lifestyle; you actually didn’t hate it. You were on your way to absolute fitness.  You were faithful to it and got into a rhythm. Perhaps it was a group you joined. These people understood your pain and nodded their heads in sympathy weekly as you told your stories in the meetings.   In fact, these things worked so well for you that you even saw the results on the scale and in your ever increasingly looser clothing.  Then something happened.  You quit.    If you are like me, it wasn’t for the first time.
