I get up at 6am most days and drag my ass to the gym. And Im exhausted, and Im frustrated with the slow results.

Even this picture is dishonest, I wouldnt dare let the original see the light of day.

I have a checklist of little things about different parts of me I retouch everyday, I wonder does everyone?

I actually drew these on with marker but they didnt show up so well and were messy so I went over them in PS
